We encourage attendees to plan their arrival at Tallahassee International Airport (KTLH) on Wednesday, October 28. Aircraft parking for the event will be available at Flightline Group (alternate facilities available but respective fees will apply).
Upon arrival:
Follow marshaller instructions to the designated Flightline Group aircraft parking area.
Secure your aircraft and complete any required airport procedures.
Transportation between Flightline Group and the host hotel will be available. Additional details and schedules will be provided prior to the event.
Hotel check-in begins during the afternoon, with the KOPS Welcome Reception scheduled for Wednesday evening.
Event registration will be available at the hotel prior to the reception.
