We encourage attendees to plan their arrival at Bay Bridge Airport on Wednesday, October 14. The airport is conveniently located just minutes from the Kent Island Resort, making it an ideal gateway for the KOPS Proficiency Series.

Upon arrival:

  • Secure your aircraft and complete any required airport procedures.

  • Transportation between Bay Bridge Airport and the Kent Island Resort will be available. Additional details and schedules will be provided prior to the event.

  • Hotel check-in begins during the afternoon, with the KOPS Welcome Reception scheduled for Wednesday evening.

  • Event registration will be available at the resort prior to the reception.

Flight Planning

Please review current NOTAMs, weather, and fuel availability before departure, and use normal aeronautical decision-making when planning your flight. As always, safety is our highest priority.

Additional arrival procedures, airport logistics, transportation information, and event updates will be distributed to all registered attendees in advance of the event.

Kent Island Resort

The Kent Island Resort offers a relaxing waterfront setting on Maryland's Eastern Shore, providing the perfect backdrop for learning, networking, and connecting with fellow Kodiak owners. Day One is focused on arrival, reconnecting with fellow KOPS members or meeting new ones. Following registration and hotel check-in, attendees will gather for an evening welcome reception to network with fellow owners, meet our industry partners, and preview the program ahead.
